A multidisciplinary approach to project design and management
For each project we bring together the skills it actually needs, technical, economic or managerial, depending on the programme, sector and objectives.
Our Values
Feasibility first, then the call
If a call is not right for the project we say so straight away, even when it means not submitting a proposal.
Into the substance
We work on the merit of the project (objectives, work packages, KPIs, technical choices), not just on how the proposal is written.
One contact from start to finish
Every client has a single point of contact who knows the project from the first idea to final reporting.
Reportable from day one
We set up budget and activities with reporting already in mind, so there are no surprises about ineligible costs at the end of the project.
